Terms and Conditions Postage- UK: Postage Costs per product are £6.00 for a tiaras, £4.00 for necklaces, £2.00 for bracelets and earrings. I use Royal Mail Special delivery to ensure the items are delivered to you safely. Overseas: Unfortunately we do not currenlty offer this service. Refund Policy- In the unlikely event that your tiara is damaged or faulty in any way when it reaches you, we will arrange to replace it to the value of your purchase as long as you email us within 7 days of its arrival at: clairey19@hotmail.com and return the item to us in its original packaging. We regret we cannot refund the postage costs. Please note that custom made tiaras and jewellery are handmade to order to individual specifications and therefore cannot be refunded. Delivery- All purchases made from available stock will be despatched within 3 working days of your order. For custom made items please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Payment: Preferred payment method is through Paypal, its quick and easy to set up and use.
